SUMMARY

Core Spaces needed ongoing content with a specific, human-centered approach to promote their nationwide portfolio of student housing properties. We served as both creative director and production partner, overseeing each project from concept through delivery. CLIENT

Core Spaces, is an Austin-based company that has built an ecosystem around developing, acquiring, and managing student housing and built-to-rent communities. Their approach emphasizes style and practicality, with a particular focus on thoughtfully designed community spaces.

THE CHALLENGE

We needed to find a way to create authentic, locally rooted content  filmed across the US that maintained cohesive national branding. And the timeline was tight - we needed to produce, shoot and edit efficiently without sacrificing quality.

SCOPE

Create multiple short-form videos that highlight the specific cultural aspects and community character of each property location, throughout the US.

Our team developed a creative framework and production system that enabled consistent storytelling across geographically dispersed locations.

SOLUTION

Working within a set monthly video production budget, we designed a tailored, scalable production solution optimized for speed, quality, and consistency. This strategy complemented Core Spaces' polished 3D visuals by adding warmth, local culture, and authentic storytelling that brought each community to life.

THE RESULTS

The content was successfully rolled out nationwide and became central to Core Spaces' social media and marketing strategy.
