Electric Pearl was built on a simple idea: great stories deserve to be told with compassion, creativity, and authenticity. Founded in 2019 by directors Jennell Lewis and Sally O’Grady, we set out to create a full-service video production company that blends industry expertise with a deep commitment to storytelling and a desire to treat crew, participants, and clients with care and respect at every turn. At Electric Pearl, we’re more than just a production team, we’re your creative video partners. With 15 years of collective experience in directing, producing, and editing, we work closely with brands, agencies, and organizations to bring bold, visually stunning ideas to life. After years of working in video production for networks and agencies, Electric Pearl has been able to create something original: a working environment where efficiency, preparation, and empathy are at the forefront.

As an Austin-based team, we collaborate with companies across Texas and beyond, offering nationwide production services that scale to fit the needs of our clients. No matter if it’s working with seasoned talent or real people stepping in front of the camera for the first time, we create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident.
